Head south-east from Port Hope's temple, about 249 paces, 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Tarantulas, Dworc Voodoomasters, Dworc Fleshhunters, Dworc Venomsnipers.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
