In Rookgaard, a short walk north of the temple (57 paces), 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Bugs, Spiders, Snakes, Rats.
Recommended: level 8+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
