Head south-east from Venore's temple, about 124 paces, 2 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Demon Skeletons, Elf Arcanists, Ghouls, Elf Scouts.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
