Head south-west from Venore's temple, about 249 paces, 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Giant Spiders, Orc Leaders, Demon Skeletons, Orc Berserkers.
Recommended: level 50+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
