Head north-east from Rookgaard's temple, about 125 paces, 4 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Minotaurs, Orcs, Bears.
Recommended: level 8+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
