Head west from Edron's temple, about 247 paces, 2 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Orc Warlords, Orc Leaders, Orc Berserkers, Slimes.
Recommended: level 35+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
