Head north from Rookgaard's temple, about 157 paces, 5 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Minotaur Mages, Minotaurs, Orcs, Wolfs.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
