Travel far north-west from Ankrahmun (288 paces from the temple), 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Hydras, Elephants, Carniphilas, Centipedes.
Recommended: level 80+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
