Head south from Ankrahmun's temple, about 160 paces, 7 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Omrucs, Necromancers, Bonebeasts, Demon Skeletons.
Recommended: level 80+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
