Head east from Carlin's temple, about 154 paces, 8 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Elf Arcanists, Dwarf Guards, Stone Golems, Minotaur Guards.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
