Travel far south-west from Venore (253 paces from the temple), 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Dragons, Slimes, Minotaur Guards, Minotaur Mages.
Recommended: level 35+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
