Head east from Ankrahmun's temple, about 156 paces, 7 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Vampires, Crypt Shamblers, Slimes, Mummys.
Recommended: level 35+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
