Head west from Ankrahmun's temple, about 238 paces, 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Lizard Snakecharmers, Lizard Templars, Lizard Sentinels, Crocodiles.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
