Head west from Ab'Dendriel's temple, about 220 paces, 7 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Warlocks, Elf Arcanists.
Recommended: level 80+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
