In Ab'Dendriel, a short walk north-east of the temple (88 paces), up at height level 5 (high above the ground).
The area is guarded - expect Dragon Lords, Demon Skeletons, Slimes, Mummys.
Recommended: level 80+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
