Right in Rookgaard - a stone's throw south of the temple, 1 level below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Cave Rats, Rats, Rabbits, Deers.
Recommended: level 8+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
