Head south-west from Kazordoon's temple, about 166 paces, 7 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Dwarf Geomancers, Dwarf Guards, Dwarf Soldiers.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
