Travel far east from Thais (254 paces from the temple), 3 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Demon Skeletons, Beholders, Orc Shamans, Wild Warriors.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
