Head south-west from Edron's temple, about 114 paces, 2 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Orc Shamans, Orc Warriors, Orc Spearmans, Goblins.
Recommended: level 20+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
