Head south from Edron's temple, about 135 paces, 4 levels below ground (find a cave or stair entrance and head down).
The area is guarded - expect Orc Leaders, Orc Berserkers, Orc Warriors, Poison Spiders.
Recommended: level 35+.
Open the quest chest to claim the reward; each character can loot it once.
